Listings

• We check listings, but availability and prices can change. Confirm the details with our team before you pay anything.
• Vental does not collect rent or deposits. Agreements are made directly between tenants and owners.

Owners

• You must own the property or have the owner's permission to list it.
• Photos and descriptions must be accurate and your own. Copied text or photos will be removed.
• We may edit, reject or remove any listing.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the chat, post false information, or try to access other people's accounts. We may block accounts that do.

Liability

The site is provided as is. We aren't responsible for agreements between tenants and owners.
